Bu qanunla \u0259lilliyi olan \u015fagirdl\u0259rin ehtiyaclar\u0131na uy\u011funla\u015fd\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f ilk n\u00f6vb\u0259d\u0259 d\u00f6rd m\u0259kt\u0259b v\u0259 onlar\u0131n kurikulumlar\u0131n\u0131n q\u0259bul edilm\u0259si q\u0259rara al\u0131n\u0131b v\u0259 proqram\u0131n icras\u0131na ba\u015flan\u0131l\u0131b.<\/p>\n<p>T\u0259hsil Nazirliyinin 2015-ci ild\u0259 verdiyi m\u0259lumatlar g\u00f6st\u0259rir ki, \u00f6lk\u0259d\u0259 sa\u011flaml\u0131q imkanlar\u0131 m\u0259hdud u\u015faqlar\u0131n yar\u0131dan \u00e7oxu m\u00fcxt\u0259lif s\u0259b\u0259bl\u0259rd\u0259n t\u0259hsil\u0259 c\u0259lb olunmay\u0131b. Bunun \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcn d\u0259 layih\u0259nin \u0259sas m\u0259qs\u0259dl\u0259ri h\u0259min u\u015faqlar\u0131n dig\u0259rl\u0259ri il\u0259 b\u0259rab\u0259r s\u0259viyy\u0259d\u0259 t\u0259hsil almaq h\u00fcquqlar\u0131n\u0131 t\u0259min etm\u0259k, pedaqoq t\u0259r\u0259find\u0259n onlar \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcn f\u0259rdi inki\u015faf v\u0259 t\u0259hsil plan\u0131n\u0131n haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131n\u0131 t\u0259min etm\u0259k olmu\u015fdur.<\/p>\n<p>T\u0259hsil Nazirliyinin 18 mart 2015-ci il tarixli 311 n\u00f6mr\u0259li \u0259mrin\u0259 \u0259sas\u0259n \u201c\u0130btidai m\u0259kt\u0259b s\u0259viyy\u0259sind\u0259 inkl\u00fcziv t\u0259hsilin t\u0259tbiqi\u201d layih\u0259sinin icras\u0131na ba\u015flan\u0131l\u0131b. Layih\u0259 bir ne\u00e7\u0259 amili \u0259hat\u0259 etm\u0259k \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcn n\u0259z\u0259rd\u0259 tutulmu\u015fdu. Sa\u011flaml\u0131q imkanlar\u0131 m\u0259hdud u\u015faqlar \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcn f\u0259rdi t\u0259hsil planlar\u0131 \u0259ld\u0259 edilmi\u015f v\u0259 t\u0259tbiq edilmi\u015fdir.
